By accessing or using the GOLD PRO platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, partners, and others who access or use the Service.
2. Description of Service
GOLD PRO provides a digital gold valuation and loan estimation platform designed for suppliers, valuers, and financial partners. The platform facilitates digitized KYC verification, ornaments analysis, gold valuation calculations, EMI scheduling, and automated estimation generation.
3. User Registration & Security
To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Gold Valuation Calculations
Valuations generated by GOLD PRO are based on user-supplied information, digitized calculations, and current market rates obtained from synchronized rate feeds. While we strive to maintain high accuracy, all generated valuations are estimations. Final loan terms, interest rates, and actual valuations are subject to physical verification and approval by authorized partner institutions.
5. User Conduct & Data Integrity
Users agree not to submit fraudulent, misleading, or incorrect ornament details, KYC information, or weight records. You must not attempt to disrupt or compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the platform, database, or synchronized API endpoints.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOLD PRO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or financial loss arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use the platform.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent local courts.
